Credit Card Sales
Because of limited Wifi in the area, Watoga Art in the Park will be glad to process your credit card sales. We will collect your sale amount plus the proper sales tax from the buyer. At the end of the event, we will disperse to you sales tax collected plus the amount of the sale, minus 3% handling and processing fee. You will be given your check at the end of the show. We will have receipts in place for reconciliation. For the best experience, we recommend artists register online at WatogaArtinthePark.com where you can pay your fees, and choose your own spaces. We will notify you of your approval status, via E-mail listed above within one week after receipt of your application. Note: Watoga Art in the Park, and Watoga State Park and any and all persons, property owners, suppliers, volunteers, and entities associated with the Watoga Art in the Park are not liable for any damages, injury or loss to any person or goods. All exhibitors, their heirs, administrators, and executors do hereby waive and release all of the above named from any and all claims or damages whatsoever arising from the exhibitors' participation in the Art in the Park event. Watoga Art in the Park reserves the right to ask vendors to leave if not following written policies.
